- Select an applicable duty status by tapping below status - NOTE: The available HOS duty status options may vary as per your ruleset. You may have an additional sub-status field on this screen if you have enabled the Time Entry solution. Choose the sub-status by tapping the box below the sub-status.
- Enter an optional annotation (remark).
- Tap in the open space in the text box to enable the keyboard and tap the enter key on your keyboard once you have finished typing.
- Tap Save.
The duty status has now been changed and will be displayed below the driver icon on the HOS home screen. If Time Entry has been enabled, the sub-status will be displayed below the duty status. You can also see how long you have been in this current duty status.
When you are the active driver, your duty status will automatically change to On Duty Driving as soon as you go faster than 5 miles per hour regardless of your previous duty status.
