Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Scoring reports under report category.
The Flexible RAG Summary report will show you the RAG results for the months that you have selected, and will also display the individual RAG detail scoring items.
Remember that this report is generated to display data by driver and not by asset as it relates to scoring/driver performance of a driver.
This report uses the new customized scoring method.
Remember when using RAG scoring, the lowest score is the best score.
- The report queries the scoring domain for the scores based on the selected drivers and date range.
- There is no need to select amber threshold or speed measure as these are saved on the scoring tab under Organization settings.
Please note: No unit types are filtered out from the reports but if the mobile device does not support the scoring information provided in the report, it will not be displayed for that driver.
The report uses the organization's units of measure in the distance and fuel columns because customized scoring is set on organization level and no longer synced with the user's measurement settings.
Users
- Driver Supervisors
- Health and safety officers
- Driver trainers
Additional Settings
- The normal report period date parameters will be available for selection, but it is important to remember that the dates will always be aggregated by month. This means that the report will always roll up the data per driver per month regardless of the selection period. For example, if the user selects the reporting period to be last week and the week includes dates from both February and March, the report output will display two rows per driver, one for February and one for March as illustrated below.
- RAG options - Users can select to view drivers without trips, to show the amber drivers, green drivers or red drivers.
- Select whether to highlight/color the individual events.
Columns
Default
- Driver Name
- Month - this is rolled up based on the data retrieved.
- Distance - (units of measure specific) is the aggregated distance travelled for that month for that specific driver.
- Total Distance
- Total driving time
- Days with trips - shows a number of days with trips on the given selected period.
- Number of trips
- Event occurrences - will be displayed based on what was set up for that organization, e.g. over speeding duration.
- Event score - will be displayed based on what was set up for that organization.
- Event duration - will be displayed based on what was set up for that organization.
- Total scores - the total score is always color-coded.
Optional
- Custom Group - this is the custom group name that the driver belongs to. Drivers can belong to more than one custom group or even to none.
- Driver ID
- Employee No.
- Fuel Consumption
- Fuel Distance
- Fuel Used
- Max Speed Recorded distance/hour - when you need to see the highest speed that has been recorded in trips since these values reflect the maximum value of speed that was recorded for that specific time period. These values will all be below the value of the configured over speeding event value. The values displayed will coincide with the values of the Max Speed column in the Daily Trip Report. This column is not displayed by default as it does not relate to the scoring values but more to what the maximum speed values were that have been recorded.
- Site Name - a driver can only belong to one site.
RAG scoring algorithm
- For flexible RAG scoring, on the events selected, you can choose to penalize a driver based on event occurrence and or duration.
- For occurrence, the RAG logic will be applied based on occurrence of that specific event (Event occurrence ÷ Distance X 100).
- For duration, the RAG logic will be based on every 10 sec duration of that specific event, for example (Over Speeding duration ÷ 10) ÷ Distance) X 100
