The Journey Overview screen provides a summary of all the information collected during the journey request creation.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Journey Management, click Workflow.
Only draft journeys that are less than two months old will be displayed to optimise the UI screen response time.
- Click on the journey description or click on the downward action arrow next to the row and select View.
If applicable, the left section of the screen will contain the Journey Risk Assessment details and the right section the Journey Overview. Click on the tabs to view additional details.
- The journey status is displayed at the top of the screen - e.g. In Progress, Approved, Cancelled, Completed.
- The risk score for the overall journey is displayed on the right of the screen - Low(green), Medium(orange), High (red).
- Click the globe icon to open the Live Monitoring screen.
- Click on the print icon to create a Journey Overview Report.
- Click on the plus, + next to the various categories to expand them.
