Creating a driver license reminder is a two step process. First the license category needs to be created and then the license reminder can be created.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Click on the driver's name or click the downwards action arrow next to the driver and click Edit.
- Make sure the the Licenses tab has been selected.
- Click Add license.
- Select the category in the dropdown list.
- Click on the calendar to specify the valid from date, the expiry date will auto populate according to what was specified in the category.
- The license duration and reminder period will auto-populate according to what was specified in the license category.
- Click on Select recipients and select the required recipients to whom the reminders should be sent.
- Add a new recipient by clicking the link If the recipient does not exist - click here to add.
- Click Save.
