Please note that this stream is only available if the journey management functionality is enabled for the organisation.
Only journeys with time based statuses of slight delay, delayed, missed as well as position based statuses of slight deviation and off plan will show up on the journey management stream.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Info hub, click Streams.
- Click on the Add stream icon,
. - Enter the name of the stream.
- Check the box next to Journey management alerts.
- Select the relevant journey status events and whether a sound must be played to notify you when a status has been triggered.
- Click Next.
- Select the required assets; click the '+' next to the organisation name to expand and view the available groups. Click the '+' again to select individual assets only.
- Click Save.
