- Click Monitor.
- Under Tracking, click Manage road hazards.
- Click the Add road hazard icon,
. - Select whether you want to add by an address or a latitude/longitude value.
- Enter a descriptive name for the road hazard.
- Select the road hazard type from the drop down menu.
- Select which site this location is relevant to or select all sites.
- Enter notes that are relevant to the road hazard
- Select the risk level from the dropdown list.
- Select the expiry date.
- Upload a photo of the road hazard if one is available.
- Click Save.
- A numerical road hazard ID will automatically be generated.
Please note: The colour of the road hazard icon displays the risk level. Clicking on a road hazard icon will open the road hazard information. Other road hazards in the vicinity of the new road hazard are displayed using a round icon with a hazard triangle in it.
