- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Click on a driver's name or select the downward actions arrow next to a driver and click Edit.
- Click on the Certifications tab on the left.
- Click on the Certification types tab.
- Click on Add type.
- Enter a mandatory certification name.
- Enter the period for which the certificate is valid by completing the amount of months.
- Enter the period for which the reminders must be sent by completing the amount of weeks.
- If this is a mandatory certification, check the relevant box. Note this box is checked and the certification has expired, a driver will not be allowed to drive and the driver tag will automatically be disabled.
- Click Save
