The Question management library allows a user to add and customise routine questions that can be used during the journey risk assessment. If you cannot see your question in the risk assessment, you may need to make it available in the question management library.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Journey Management, click Libraries.
- Click on the Question management tab.
- Search for the question using the filter box at the top.
- Click on the downwards actions arrow next to the relevant question.
- Click Make available/unavailable.
