Instances where the asset configuration differs from that of its configuration group will be highlighted within the configuration group with a black flag. To reset to group configuration follow these steps:
- Click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Configuration groups.
- Select the configuration group that contains the relevant asset.
- Click on the downward actions arrow next to the required asset. (If the asset status is either in compile or upload mode then the drop down arrow will not be available.)
- Click on reset to group config.
- If the asset has events and mobile device settings that differ from that in the config group, a user can choose if they want to reset to only one of these or both. If a user selected only one of the options, the asset will remain flagged for the settings that has not been reset.
- Click Reset or Cancel.
