- Click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Configuration groups.
The landing page for configuration groups should now be available. From within the landing page you can create, view, edit, move, compile, upload and download config files.
The section on the left shows all the existing configuration groups. A count next to the heading at the top will indicate how many configuration groups are available in the organisation.
The count next to each group shows how many assets are linked to the configuration group.
- Click Add configuration group,
. - Enter a descriptive name for the configuration group.
- Select the relevant mobile device and event templates.
- Click Save.
The configuration group will now be available on the configuration group landing page.
Depending on the configuration status you can perform the following functions by clicking the downward arrow next to the group name:
- edit - to edit the configuration group name, the mobile device template or the event template.
- compile - compile the config to be uploaded to the asset.
- upload - upload the compiled config to the asset.
- remove - remove the configuration group.
