With the release of the new scoring solution the following will be relevant for all customers using the Driver Scorecard scoring model:
- Customers that are currently using the current Driver Scorecard model will be unaffected and continue as normal and will receive the current subscriptions they have setup.
Please note: Nothing will change if you do not specifically want to add any new events and you will and can continue to use the same report subscriptions as always. You will not be affected by any of the changes and continue as normal.
If however, you do want to move over to the new flexible version of the Driver Scorecard model you can enable the new permission and set this up as required.
Steps to implement the new Driver Scorecard scoring model
- If you want to enable MyMiX, to this in Database Admin and select the preferred scoring method. If Driver Scorecard is selected, the system will automatically apply the Driver Scorecard to the new flexible Driver Scorecard scoring model as well and this will be linked to MyMiX going forward. In other words customers who then add or remove events on the flexible Driver Scorecard page will affect what their drivers see. This step is only required if you want to make use of MyMiX.
- Provide the permission, "Organization settings - scoring". We recommend giving this permission to one admin user to avoid multiple users overriding scoring settings in an organization.
- Set up the new Driver Scorecard scoring and events as required.
- Add new report subscriptions - include the new Flexible Driver Scorecard report.
- Remove previous driver scorecard subscriptions.
Note: The flexible scoring models are not supported in MiX Agility.
