With the release of the custom scoring solution, the following will be relevant for all MyMiX customers using RAG scoring:
- The tab MyMiX (RAG) under Organization settings will no longer be displayed.
- All the settings from this tab will be replicated and auto-populated on the Scoring tab in organization settings, under the Operations menu.
- This tab will only be visible to users who have the new permission, "Organization settings - Scoring" found under Operations.
Please note: If you do not specifically add any new events, your scoring methods will remain the same and you can use the same RAG report subscriptions as always. You will not be affected by any of the changes and continue as normal.
If however, you do want to add or remove events, these changes will seamlessly integrate with MyMiX and the drivers will see the new events. Please note though you will have to set up new subscriptions on the flexible RAG reports and delete the old subscriptions.
Steps to implement the custom RAG scoring for MyMiX customers
It is important to inform your drivers of any changes you are planning to make as the change is immediate and will start displaying on the mobile application as soon as you click save in MiX Fleet Manager.
- In Database Admin a user will still need to enable MyMiX and select the preferred scoring method if not already enabled. If RAG is selected, the system will automatically apply MyMiX RAG to the new custom RAG scoring model as well and this will be linked to MyMiX going forward. This means that any new events that are added or removed will influence what the drivers see on the MyMiX app.
- Provide the permission, "Organization settings - scoring". We recommend giving this permission to one admin user to avoid multiple users overriding scoring settings in an organization.
- Set up the custom RAG scoring method and the events as required.
- Add new report subscriptions - include the three new flexible RAG reports:
- Flexible RAG Daily
- Summary RAG
- Year-to-date
- Remove previous subscriptions.
Note: The custom scoring models are not supported in MiX Agility.
VERY IMPORTANT: RAG is currently a user setting so all current subscriptions are based on the subscription owner’s RAG settings. The custom RAG scoring method is an organization setting so mapping of subscriptions needs to happen in consultation with the RSO/Dealer to ensure a smooth transition.
