Customers have unique and ever-changing requirements to perform driver-behaviour monitoring.
Our custom scoring models enable you to select only events those events that you specifically want to monitor and manage.
There are two calculation methods to choose from:
- RAG - RAG scoring shows drivers with classifications of Red, Amber and Green as determined by the RAG score.
- Driver scorecard - calculates scores based on a point system where penalty points are added when pre-set occurrence or duration thresholds have been exceeded on specified events. This is then calculated per 100 kilometre/miles. This model will contain default events, but users can add or remove them as required.
The scoring methods can include any event recorded within the MiX Telematics system and are seamlessly integrated with MyMiX and a set of reports.
Up to 25 events can be selected per model, with scores based on occurrence or duration (the latter for when the total duration of an event is more important than how many times it occurred).
Please note:
The Scoring tab under Organization settings will only be visible if the user has the permission "Organization settings - Scoring" found under Operations.
From here you can customise the original RAG or Driver Scorecard models and also have them integrated with the MyMiX application for drivers where relevant.
When implementing the custom scoring models, you will have to create new report subscriptions for RAG reports as well as the Driver Scorecard report.
NOTE that the new scoring solution is only supported on FM units and MiX 4000 units in this release.
Implementing the custom scoring model:
If you are currently using RAG scoring and MyMiX.
I'm using RAG scoring, but not MyMiX.
Currently only making use of standard scoring.
I use the Driver Scorecard and reports.
