A site is usually a physical location at which drivers are based and from which assets are operated. This grouping can be per region, state, department or any other grouping that makes sense in your business.

• Click Monitor.
• Under Fleet Admin, click Organization Groups.

• Select the organization name under which you would like to create the site on the right-hand side.

• Click Add site, .
• Click on Site in the dropdown list.
• Enter a descriptive name for the site, e.g. a branch name or physical location like Florida deliveries.
• Select the time zone you want to apply to the site. The organisation timezone is applied by default.
• If required, specify the range of driver and asset IDs if you want to restrict ID ranges per site.
• Enter a note if required.
• Click Save.

The site will now be listed under the relevant organisation. 

Important Notes

• You can add groups between the organization and site to a maximum of 5 levels deep.
• The site is always the lowest level down. You cannot click on a site and create a site under it. 
• Assets and drivers belong to the site level.
• Permissions and security can be applied based on these groups.
