Inactive accounts are automatically locked after 60 days and a user can unlock the account by resetting their password. If an account has however been inactive for more than 90 days, the account will automatically be disabled. To activate a user account once it has been disabled, follow these steps:
- Click Manage.
- Under User Admin, click Users.
- Click on the downward actions arrow next to the relevant user.
- Click Activate.
