For the more security conscious customers, the password expiry functionality will allow that passwords automatically expire after a configurable set period of time.
This is fully customizable and is set on user level either when creating a user account or when editing an existing user.
- When your password has expired and you try to log in, the system will notify you that your password has expired and will email you the password reset link.
- Open the email and click on the link or copy the link into your web browser. Please note that the link will expire in 7 days after the email has been sent.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password.
- Retype your new password.
- Click Submit
The user status will now be changed back to Active.
Password requirements: must be a minimum of 12 characters and contain at least one number.
