- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Database administration.
- Click on the name of the organisation you want to activate (use the '+' to expand the list).
- Click on the Map settings tab on the left.
- If you have the HERE mapping provider selected, you can scroll down to the Plot route map tool and check the box next to it to enable the functionality.
