Remember that you need to have the HOS solution enabled to be able to enable Time Entry.
- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Organization settings.
- Click the Time entry extension tab on the left. (If this tab is not visible, you might have to enable the time entry feature first).
- Click Add to create new sub-statuses. You can add up to 15 sub-statuses.
- Select a status from the drop-down list, e.g. Active work / On duty not driving / My work.
- Now enter a sub-status, e.g. Training.
- Enter a sub-status code.
- Enter an optional description.
- Click Save.
