ELD mandate requires a carrier, upon request by an authorized officer, to produce a
file for specific drivers and/or vehicles for a specific date range. The file is compiled using the
ELD output file specification, used for sending roadside inspection logs, along with other
information required by the FMCSA.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Hours of Service, click US DOT Audit.
- Select where you would like the audit report to be sent to. An email will also be sent to your email address as a confirmation if the file was sent successfully, including information of what was sent.
- Select a date range by clicking the calendar icons for the from and to dates.
- Select all the drivers in the organization / site by clicking the checkbox next to the organization name, or select certain drivers only by expanding the list by clicking the '+'.
- You can also click the Select button to open a list of all the available drivers and search per driver name when you enter any text in the filter box at the top. See the example below.
- Select the assets.
- Click the Send button.
- You will receive a confirmation email as shown below:
