Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose the RAG reports under report category.
The Driver Behaviour Report provides the user with a trend of RAG scores (weekly or monthly) in order to identify drivers with more violations. The user can click on the values showing in the summary to drill down and see the detailed information per driver to examine the events associated with the score including those accompanying video events. This is a simpler way to view RAG related events rather than having to go through multiple lines of data.

Select the period:
- Month
- Week
When a user generates the report interactively, the end date is required and the subscription lag value is set to "Not Applicable".
1. If "Week" has been selected as the reporting period, the end date will be set to the closest start of the week, i.e. the previous Sunday from the end date selected. The start date of the report will then be calculated by counting 12 weeks back from that date.
The example below shows where the end date was selected to be 7 August 2018, for instance:
In the report, the dates will now reflect the closest previous Sunday to the 7th of August (which is the 5th of August) and then count 12 weeks backwards, thus starting with week 30/07/2018 (which ended on 04/08/2018):
2. If "Month" has been selected as the reporting period, all the available data for the current month will be displayed and everything for the previous 11 months (as the end date), to display a total of 12 months. See the example below where an end date of 7 August 2018 was selected and the reporting period has been set to "Month":
If a user wishes to set up a report subscription, the End Date parameter in the report wizard is not relevant as it will always use the date the subscription is set to run and then calculate the frequency using the "Subscription Lag" parameter.
For example, if a user wishes to to receive a subscription every Tuesday for the previous week because the reporting period has been set to "Week", the setup will be as follows:
Although the end date is populated with a default date, it will not be used in the subscription.
If a user wishes to to receive a subscription every 5th day of the month for the previous month, the reporting period must be set to "Month" and the Subscription Lag parameter will be set to "Last Month". Again note that the end date is populated with a default date that will not be used in the subscription.
When choosing the subscription fields as shown on the example above, the frequency will be set to "Monthly" and the value will be '5'.
Users can choose one of the following:
- Fixed speed - means that speeding violations are based on the standard system event. This measure is the default selection in this report.
- Road speed - speeding violations are based on the road speed server side event.
- Tiered speed - aggregates fixed speed, road speed, location based speed where events overlap and always starts at location based, then road speed (Rovi) and then fixed speed.
Choose an end date if relevant.
