- Click Manage.
- Under Config Admin, click Libraries.
- Click on the Peripheral library tab.
- Search for the specific peripheral device using the filter feature at the top.
- Click on the actions arrow next to the device.
- Click Edit.
- Enable or disable the Hours of Service function using the check box.
- Disable Blue plug - check the box if you want to disable the use of the blue driver plug for identification.
- Preferred firmware version - select the preferred firmware version from the drop down list.
- Synchronize HOS Events when any driver's HOS status changes - check the box if you want the driver to receive a message on the device as soon as an HOS status change is made.
- Electronic Logging Device (United States) - check this box to enable the ELD functionality. Note however, that ELD functionality also needs to be enabled from the MiX Rovi Configuration details page in order to take effect.
- Click Save.
