EasyTrack is a new MiX Fleet Manager tracking module that allows users to easily monitor assets across multiple organisations. Features include in-map searching, viewing detailed asset information on the map and linking through to the Live Tracking module in MiX Fleet Manager. Click here for a detailed feature list.
MiX Fleet Manager
A new report called Permission by user report has been added to the Roles page in User Admin. This allows an authorised administrative user to select any permission in MiX Fleet Manager and run a report to display exactly which users, roles and security groups make use of the permission.
Insight Reports
The DTCO Last Download report now caters for downloads linked to company cards configured on a site level.
Data Exclusion Management Tool (DEMT)
The Data exclusion management tool (DEMT) is used internally to quarantine events and trips that are deemed inaccurate or private. A new DEMT module has been implemented, which is Lightning 3B compatible. The module incorporates a new user interface that provides the ability to filter for specific events or trips as well as define additional filtering on event values. A DEMT audit report has also been added which provides insight into which events/trips have been quarantined or reassigned. See the attached document for more info and on which state of Lightning 3B migration this will be available.
Hours of Service - ELD
The user permission that allows access to the Manage DOT Audit page has been moved to the operations permission category.
The performance of the Uncertified Log report has been improved, which will result in faster report generation for the available reporting periods.
MiX TechTool
Technicians will now be able to view active events in the MiX TechTool to verify that events are working as expected as well as confirm that events linked to peripherals are triggering. The transport type for the event is also displayed in the MiX TechTool.
