If you entered an incorrect password three times, your account will be locked. You can easily unlock your account and reset your password by following the prompts on the screen:
- Click OK.
- Click on the link next to, Forgot password:
- Enter your username (your valid email address).
- Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email for the password reset request.
- Click the link in the email. If the link does not work, copy and paste it into your browser window. Please note that the link will expire 7 days after the email has been sent. Check your junk mail if you cannot find the email.
- You will now be able to enter a new password, type the password again in the confirmation text box to ensure the spelling is correct and click submit.
- Click the Login button and enter these new credentials when you want to access the application.
