Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Dashboard Widgets under report category.
This report displays information on road speed over speeding events. Road speed functionality provides the ability to monitor driver adherence to the actual speed specific to the road that the driver is traveling on. The road speed information is based on the map data. This report categorizes the information per speed zone, location, driver, asset and time of day.The Road Speed Limit Dashboard has 3 additional drill downs which include Location Rank, Occurrences by Time of Day and a breakdown of each over-speeding violation per Speed Zone.
In order to view road speed over speeding the database needs to be activated. This can be done via requesting it from your local regional office or by logging a request to have this functionality activated.

Additional Settings
- Check the speed zone that you would like to include.
- You can choose to group location occurrences based on the city or town/state .
Report Layout

A pie graph shows the percentage of over speeding events per speed zone. This helps the user to see in which speed zone the most over speeding events occurred. Each speed zone is represented by a colour. This legend is displayed on the dashboard on the bottom graph.

The location rank bar graph lists the top 10 locations where over speeding occurred. Locations are ranked according to the number of over speeding occurrences. This can be either be by city or town/state level. Click on any part of the bar graph to drill down to further detail displaying a summary and additional details of the location details, see depiction below. Search for the back button to go back to the first page of this report:

The occurrences by time or day bar graph displays the number of occurrences per speed zone per hour of the day rolled up for the selected period. Click on any part of the bar graph to drill down to further detail, showing hourly details.
- A table showing the over speeding violations per speed zone includes the following columns:
- Speed zone - The various speed zones as selected.
- Occurrences - The number of occurrences within that speed zone as well as a graphic representation.
- Avg. Speed in Zone - Average speed within that zone.
- Max. Speed in Zone - Maximum Speed within that zone.
- No of Drivers - Number of drivers with occurrences in that speed zone. This contains a hyperlink that can be clicked to access further details.
- No of Assets - Number of assets with occurrences within that speed zone.
