The DTCO 4.0 must meet numerous data protection requirements pursuant to Regulation (EU) 165/2014 as well as the current version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/799. In addition the DTCO 4.0 fulfills the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as amended.

The driver's consent to the processing of personal ITS data

Changing the settings to personal ITS data will need to be processed for both drivers 1/2

Blocking the ITS Data will result in not showing the driver on the trip timeline. To solve this please follow the instruction "Changing settings to personal ITS data" and "Changing settings to personal VDO data".
Enable DTCO to send out Driver Card DTCO information as per Instruction Manual

8. First selection request, pressed down to get to the “No” option

10. Enable unit to send D8 info for Driver Card identification by MiX Telematics, “Yes” option selected
11. Data selection entry stored
12. Enable VDO Counter data, driver’s HOS info, “Yes” option selected
13. Data entry selection stored
14. All options selected and waiting for Driver Card to be opened by the DTCO
15. DTCO ready to drive
