Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose the Scoring reports under report category.
This report is designed to be used at the end of a working day to debrief drivers upon return to their home or base site and is therefore generated to display data by driver and not by asset. There are three date options to select from to allow the debriefing of drivers working night shifts or in case a debrief was missed on the previous day.
If the "Today" option is selected it will always reflect data up to the last completed and downloaded trip at render-time for both interactive and subscribed reports. The content of the report is specific to the current day and previous day's completed activities (trips, events and scoring) and other relevant items related to a daily debrief session.
Please note: Data from Tracer, VT & AT mobile devices will not be displayed due to scoring information that is made available in the report and are not supported by these mobile unit types.
Exporting: This report is not designed to be extracted in CSV format. The Excel export may require manual height adjustment on some of the rows, for example the movement rows. Due to the extensive options to select from in the reporting wizard, the report is unlikely to fit into one page on the PDF export.
Subscriptions: You can set up the subscriptions for delivery at the end of the work day, e.g. 17:00 but it is important to note that if a driver was still in trip at subscription run-time, that trip will not be included in the report that is received.

Additional Settings
Due to the amount of data that is combined into this one report, it is not advised to select too many drivers in the wizard to ensure that you maintain optimal performance when running the report.
- Select which events you would like to report on, you can opt to not select any events.
Since the report also provides a RAG scoring section, the event list allows you to select other events you may want to debrief drivers on that are not part of the RAG scoring method. You can however select the same events as included in the RAG scoring method but it will then be duplicated on the report and displayed in both the event scoring and RAG scoring sections.
- The report period parameters include:
- Today - use this to debrief the driver at the end of the work day.
- Yesterday - this option allows for debriefing if you missed the previous day's debrief.
- Yesterday and Today - this can be selected if you want to include trips prior to midnight to debrief drivers that work night shifts.
- Scoring type - choose between standard scoring and RAG scoring.
- Speed measure - in this release you can only select fixed speed for both scoring types, but more options will become available in a future release.
- Show Licences and Certificates - this assists the debriefer in seeing if the driver has any upcoming licences or certificates that are about to expire that needs to be addressed.
- Show Notes and Signatures - provides the option to note down any issues that the driver may report after the day's work related to the asset/s he/she operated as well as a section where the supervisor can add comments related to the debrief session and where both parties can sign agreement. A line will also be provided where the supervisor may add detail of noteworthy issues to log against the driver's personnel file.
Report Layout
First Section
Includes a summary of the driver's work day and trip information per asset that was operated. If the driver operated more than one asset it will display the additional information beneath the trip information just below the summary overview.
This section is similar to what is displayed in the Daily Trip Report.
Second Section
Shows the driver performance in terms of the scoring type selected in the wizard. This displays the event description and a breakdown of the associated scoring events in terms of number of occurrences, maximum value, measurement units of the value and duration of the particular event.
A trend of the driver's average score for the last few days are also displayed to determine the extent of driver behaviour performance improvement and is indicated based on the user's RAG score that was set up in the user scoring settings. Standard scoring will not display any scoring colours as it is not a user setting to assign colour to these.
Third Section
Will include the event detail if the user opted to select events in the wizard. This section displays a breakdown of the selected events in terms of number of occurrences, maximum values, measurement unit of the value and duration of the particular event.
Fourth Section
Includes a movement summary of the driver's movement for the day and basically represents a copy of the Daily Movement Report.
It is important to note that the first release of this report only provides reverse geo information with regards to the “Departed From” and “Arrived At” columns. This was done to ensure optimal report performance and run-time and once certain backend changes have been implemented in the system, which is currently in progress, actual locations can be displayed, which will make much more sense from a debrief perception.
Note that the Driver Debrief Report displays Duration and not Driving Time. Duration includes the standing time and the driving time and can provide a debriefer more info than just looking at driving time.
Fifth Section
This will display the driver licence and certification details if the user decided to select this in the reporting wizard. This is valuable to pre-empt when driver licences expire for proper planning to prevent disrupting delivery cycles.
Sixth Section
This section will display notes specific to the assets the driver operated as well as include a section where the debriefer/supervisor can add comments related to the debrief session. This section can be omitted in the selection wizard if preferred.
