- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Subscriptions.
- Search for the relevant report subscription using the filter box.
- Click on the downward facing arrow next to the required report:
- Click Edit.
- Make the required changes.

- Frequency - choose how often the report will be received. You can select daily, weekly, or monthly. Specifying daily allows you to specify at which time of the day you would like to receive the report; with weekly you can choose on which day of the week you would like to receive it and monthly allows you to select the day of the month from 1-10. These reports usually contain the information for month-end reports and will thus contain the information for the previous month to be received in the first week of the new month (therefore the option of 1-10).
- Report format - select whether the report should be emailed in CSV, PDF or Excel format.
- Report description - enter a description, which will be displayed in the subscriptions list.
- Email subject - enter a descriptive subject that will be seen in the receiver's email inbox.
- Email Recipients - click on Select recipients and choose the required recipients from the list. Remember that you can add new recipients by clicking the "click here to add" link. Note: You will need to add yourself as a recipient if you would like to receive the email reports as well.
- Remove recipients by clicking the x next to the recipient name.
- Click Save.
