You have to enable trip classification on driver level. This can be done in bulk by using the current import template.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Click on the hyperlinked driver name to open the details.
- Click on the MyMiX tab on the left.
- Check the box next to "Enable for MyMiX" if this has not been selected.
- Check the box next to "Trip classification."
- Enter a MyMiX username if this is a new MyMiX account.
