You can opt to enable predefined comments as mandatory when classifying business trips.
- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Organisation settings.
- Click the Trip classification tab on the left.
- Scroll down to Additional settings.
- Check the box next to "User is required to enter a comment when classifying a business trip".
You can also enter a pre-defined comments that drivers can choose from.
A comment can also be set as the default for business and personal trips. Note: you can set up to a maximum of 10 pre-defined comments.
