An admin user can impersonate a driver on MyMiX for troubleshooting purposes and to view the driver's data.
The driver account must be active first.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Make sure you have selected the correct site / groups.
- Now filter for the MyMiX enabled drivers using the menu on the left. You can search for a specific driver using the search bar at the top.
- Click the green hyperlinked driver name to access the driver details.
- Click the MyMiX tab on the left.
- You will now see the driver screen with all the relevant data.
- Click Stop Impersonating when you are done.
