You can choose to use the same contacts for task escalations instead of having to set them up individually:
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet admin, click Organisation groups.
- This will show a list of all the organisation groups and the various sites under each.
- An overview icon will show you if any contacts have been linked to the site template:
- Click the cog icon to open the contacts for the site (note that this is not available on group level).
- You can now select an existing recipient to be added as a default contact for task management exceptions for this site or create a new recipient by clicking on the link as shown below:
Please note that you will need the "Organisation groups - Contacts" permission to access and/or update this.
