IFTA extract for US and Canadian customers
A new extract is available to US and Canadian customers. This extract is not available in MiX Fleet Manager. It is prepared monthly for a list of predefined customers and available for the CSO Support team to access, download and send to the applicable recipients.
The extract is in Excel format and contains the following data fields:
- AssetID
- VehicleID
- Problem Weight - used for support purposes, hidden column.
- Vehicle Description
- VIN
- Registration
- Site
- IFTA State
- Entry DateTime
- TimeZone
- Exit DateTime
- TimeZone
- Duration
- Distance from GPS (mi)
- Average Speed Check (mph) - used for support purposes, hidden column.
The regional sales office can request the IFTA extract from CSO Support via the MiX Help Centre, for any new or existing customers who are not already receiving the extract. The organization name and 64-bit organization ID must be included in the request.
Note that extracts are only available from the time that the organisation was added to the extract processing list.
CSO support can view this list of organizations that are currently receiving the extract.
