Reason for Retirement
The MyMiX Tracking feature has not been adopted at a scale which would make it a viable solution for the future. As such, the product is being retired. Note that the legacy MyMiX app will still be available but without the tracking feature.

Note: There will be no equivalent product available to replace MyMiX tracking.

Note: At the final retirement date the MyMiX tracking feature will cease to work as the service is no longer available from the 3rd party supplier.
Note: SR’s logged as of 18 March 2024 and any future ones between 18 March 2024 and 31 July 2024 will not be addressed.
