The MiX Data Retention Policy provides surety of what data is available and for how long it is retained.
This is important to support the need for data privacy compliance and legal proceedings. All data is permanently deleted according to the retention schedule below and cannot be accessed, even upon request.

Aggregated data in the Data Lake is the data that is presented in our embedded dashboards and available through the PowerBI adapter (self-service analytics). This solution is not available to customers who have a custom retention policy of 1 month plus month to date for MiX Fleet Manager telematics data and MiX Insight reports. |
