You have to sign into the MiX Help Centre to log a support ticket.
- Go to https://mixhelpcentre.zendesk.com
- Click Sign in on the to banner:
- Supply the username and password you have entered when you created your account by signing up.
- If you have not signed up, click the Sign up link as shown below.
- If you have forgotten your password, click Get a password.
- Once you have logged in you will either see the Submit a Request link on the home screen in the top banner as shown below or if you have been assigned a custom form you need to click the CUSTOM FORMS block.
OR
- In the custom forms category you will see a link that takes you straight to your assigned custom form, if any. (The block will not be available if you do not have any custom-assigned forms.)
- Click Select Custom Form:
- Click on the name of your form/company and click Submit a request.
