If you cannot remember your password to MiX Fleet Manager or you are logged out of your account, you can reset your password from the MiX Fleet Manager login page by using your login name:
- Click on the link next to, Forgot password:
- Enter your username (your valid email address).
- Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email for the password reset request.
- Click the link in the email. If the link does not work, copy and paste it into your browser window. Please note that the link will expire 7 days after the email has been sent. Check your junk mail if you cannot find the email.
- You will now be able to enter a new password. Type the password again in the confirmation text box to ensure the spelling is correct and click Submit.
- Click the Login button and enter these new credentials when you want to access the application.
